Your Responsibilities: 
  • Development and implementation of tailored Organic Growth & SEO strategies for our clients
  • Strategic consulting for clients regarding Organic Growth & SEO measures
  • Leading client teams as well as internal project teams
  • Driving client organic growth and ensuring their long-term success
  • Conducting SEO audits and identifying optimization potential
  • Analyzing and monitoring key performance indicators (e.g., rankings, traffic, conversions)
  • Creating competitive and market analyses
  • Collaborating with internal teams (content, technical, dev, dedign) to implement SEO measures
  • Developing and presenting reports and actionable recommendations for clients
  • Continuously monitoring and adapting to current SEO trends and algorithm updates

Requirements
Your Profile: 
  • Several years of experience in SEO, ideally in an agency or a comparable environment
  • In-depth knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page SEO, Content Strategy  
  • Experience with common SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a strong customer focus
  • Proven ability to consult high-level decision-makers and support strategic choices
  • Leadership experience in managing both client teams and internal project teams
  • Responsibility for driving organic growth and ensuring client success
  • Confident handling of data and KPIs to optimize SEO strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in client consulting
  • Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS and tech scale-up (grown-up) landscape, with a focus on companies with a minimum of €5 million ARR
  • Ability to align SEO strategies with the growth goals and business models of B2B SaaS and tech companies
