As a Junior Revenue Operations Consultant, you don’t disappear for weeks reading dusty onboarding PDFs. From the very beginning, you’re part of the action working side by side with Senior Consultants who’ve seen dozens of B2B SaaS scaleups from the inside. Together you take ownership of client projects, uncover operational bottlenecks, and turn a company’s GTM strategy into scalable, predictable, repeatable revenue processes.

Your daily business

  • You drive the implementation of key RevOps processes in CRMs and other Go-To-Market Tools in close alignment with our Senior Consultants (e.g. Sales Funnel Design, Implementation of  Marketing Attribution Models, Customer Renewal Management). 

  • You go deep into the weeds of client data, run reports on marketing and sales performance and derive operational action items. 

  • You find innovative ways to leverage AI and process automation to drive further revenue efficiency and growth for our clients. 

  • You work in a team of RevOps consultants from Junior to Senior, sharing ideas & knowledge to make client projects successful.

Requirements


  • Experience: You have gained first experiences in B2B SaaS Startups as a business analyst, marketing automation manager, Web Analyst or in related roles. You have first experiences with GTM-Tools, Analytics Suites or CRMs (e.g. Salesforce, Google Analytics 4/Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Clay). Knowing SQL and coding in Python is a big plus.

  • Mindset: You have a growth mindset, are fully driven by curiosity and are actively looking for innovative ways to drive client results. 

  • Passion: You love B2B SaaS business models, love to get to the bottom of problems and have a heart for technologies.

  • Growth: You want to grow not only in your career but also personally, and are eager to go all in with a team of A-players.

  • Language: You are fluent in English. German and other languages are a plus.
