  • You build content roadmaps aligned to business goals, buying triggers and pipeline stages.
  • You translate product messaging into clear, persona-focused content plays.
  • You identify SQL opportunities and strengthen growth levers within the account.
  • You define formats and channels based on strategic impact not vanity metrics.
  • You use keyword, prompt and search data as validation layers, not as strategy drivers.
You write when writing matters when a piece is strategically critical, when clarity matters or when we want to set a benchmark. You bring structure and clarity to complex SaaS topics and make them relevant, sharp and easy to understand.

You analyze performance across persona fit, buying journey effectiveness, SQL and pipeline contribution, intent signals, SERP and social patterns and qualitative resonance. You turn these insights into clear, actionable recommendations and proactively report them to the Account Strategist and client stakeholders.

You collaborate with internal and external writers and client teams to ensure consistent strategic and editorial quality. You give focused, constructive feedback and lift the quality of everyone around you.
Requirements
  • Love for language and clarity, with excellent writing skills in English and German
  • Solid experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS models, ICPs, buying journeys and revenue mechanics
  • Confident use of AI tools for research, analysis, ideation and workflow optimization
  • A pipeline and revenue mindset: SQLs, demand, conversion and measurable business impact
  • Ambition and a growth mindset you iterate, improve and push yourself and the team forward
