Client Facing
You take full ownership of account performance for some of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS scale-ups in the DACH region
You lead strategic initiatives and communication, managing projects and stakeholders both internally and externally (with CMOs, VPs, or Heads of Marketing on the client side)
You oversee and challenge the Paid Growth Strategies your team creates for your clients (Main Channels: Google Search, LinkedIn. Up-and-comming are Youtube and Podcast)
You own reporting on (Paid) Marketing effects on pipeline and revenue for your clients. Both towards the client as well as being a steward for the internal teams to ensure alignment and directions
You manage forecasting and planning out scenarios with you client to unlock further budget for growth (think: How would the client distribute +30% budget next quarter)
You handle client escalations (from both ends) to resolve risks and conflict
You have a proactive stance on in-person visits to the clients and cross-selling into the wider YOYABA Service-Portfolio
Internal Facing
(Potentially) You own the Paid PNL and are enabled to drive your own decisions in terms of hiring, tooling, offsites etc. within guardrails of profitability targets
You own targets on revenue expansion, NPS and talent attrition
You lead a team of 20+ professionals towards maximizing client impact and satisfaction
You constantly push the boundaries of how we operate and consult towards our clients, especially in terms of our paid services
You take innovative approaches and, together with the team, operationalise the successes for the broader availability of our clients
You coach the team (especially other strategists) on reporting, stakeholder management and communication skills
(Potentially) You own the Paid PNL and are enabled to drive your decisions in terms of hiring, tooling, offsites etc. within guardrails of profitability targets
You own targets on revenue expansion, NPS and talent attrition
You engage in individual as well as collective leadership to strive for excellence in all paid subdepartments (Account Strategy, Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, Design)
